These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of roofix.org and roofix.io (the "Site"), operated by Roofix, Inc. ("Roofix," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is provided to give current and prospective customers, partners, and carriers information about Roofix's services, coverage, and platform. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Figures, calculators, and estimates shown on the Site (including any pricing, savings, or capacity figures) are illustrative and provided for informational purposes only. Any firm quote for installation, repair, or other services is subject to an on-site or virtual inspection and a separate signed agreement, and is not created by your use of this Site alone.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work. Services are governed exclusively by the terms of the signed contract, work order, or insurance-carrier agreement executed between you and Roofix (or its subsidiaries/affiliates), which will control in the event of any conflict with this Site.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Roofix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in a separate signed services agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roofix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations under a separately signed services agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a separately signed agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
