Roofix, Inc. ("Roofix," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through roofix.org and roofix.io (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a form on the Site — for example, requesting a demo, a residential quote, or contacting us — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company or agency name, property address, and any details you share about your roof, claim, or project.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you browse the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and general usage data, typically through cookies or similar analytics technologies.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry or quote request, schedule walkthroughs and inspections, dispatch and coordinate installation crews, communicate with you about your project or claim, send you information you've requested, improve our Site and services, and comply with legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with insurance carriers, adjusters, or claims platforms when a project relates to an insurance claim; with the installation crews and subcontractors performing work on your property; with service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, CRM, scheduling, and email delivery vendors; and when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Roofix, our partners, or the public.
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site functionality.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including any period required to satisfy legal, accounting, warranty, or reporting obligations.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing support@roofix.io. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
